Virginia Santy, Ph.D., is an expert in the intersection of data and design in service to gender and racial equity. She designs innovative data approaches and creates workplaces, cities, systems, policies, and economies to facilitate the success of all women and non-binary individuals. Her research on women and economic development sparked efforts to make Denver the first city in the nation built for women’s economic success. She works with a variety of clients and has presented her research on women, work, and economic inclusion at conferences around the world and implemented a range of programs to recruit and retain women and BIPOC into nontraditional fields.
